Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the electronic items you wish to return.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
